Applications:

This flexographic printing machine is suitable for printing various of roll to roll materials, like regular paper, kraft paper, thermal paper, film(BOPP,OPP,CPP,PET,PE), non woven cloths, woven bags, self-adhesive labels, paper cups, etc.

Features of machine:

1. Easy operation, flexible starting, accurate color register;

2. Equipped with meter counter. Working meter can be preset, machine will stop when reached the preset length or when the material is cut off;

3. The printing cylinder is lifting and down pneumatically, it will automatically stir the printing ink after lifting;

4. With metal anilox roller for ink transfer, printing ink be even. The roller is with surface chromed treatment;

5. With electric heating way, and unit temperature control(thermostatic) system;

6. With hot air and cold air blowing system for fast ink drying, reliable drying system with high speed rotation, automatically stop;

7. With one set printing cylinder, for 400mm printing length;

8. With 360° continuous and adjustable longitudinal register device, higher register precision;

9. With frequency inverter motor control, printing speed is adjusted by the motor;

10. With frequency inverter motor control, stable working and power saving.
